Day 1: Arrival in Kochi & Transfer to Munnar

• Upon arrival at Cochin Airport, you will be transferred to the picturesque hill station of Munnar (approx. 4-hour drive). The scenic journey itself is a highlight, passing through winding roads, spice and rubber plantations, and stopping at Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls. Check into your hotel and relax amidst the tea gardens.

Day 2: Munnar Sightseeing
Spend the day exploring Munnar's natural beauty.

• Eravikulam National Park: Home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr mountain goat (note: the park may be closed during the breeding season, usually January to March).
• Mattupetty Dam & Kundala Lake: Enjoy the scenic views and perhaps some boating.
• Tata Tea Museum: Learn about the history of tea cultivation in the region (closed on Mondays).
• Pothamedu Viewpoint: Catch a panoramic view of the surrounding hills and plantations, especially beautiful at sunset.

Day 3: Munnar to Thekkady (Periyar)
After breakfast, depart for Thekkady (approx. 4-hour drive), known as the "Spice Capital".
